If you would like to make an appointment, please call the receptionist at 651-925-5530. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and same day appointments are available, especially for new patients seeking help.

We do our best to schedule patients within 24-48 hours. We accomodate walk-in's. Appointments earlier than 9 A.M. are available by special appointment only.

Location & Directions
We are located in St. Paul, MN, on the south side of highway 94 at 261 North Ruth Street. We are in the large professional building on the street level. Twin Cities Headache & Neck is one of the independent chiropractic clinics within the facility.
If you are coming from St. Paul, take 94 east to the Ruth Street Exit. Go right at the top of the exit and proceed to the first stoplight. The clinic is in the medical building on the southwest corner of the intersection. Proceed through the stoplight to the first driveway on your right. Take a right into our patient parking lot and proceed to the south building entrance.
If you are coming from Woodbury, take 94 west to the White Bear Avenue exit. Go left at the top of the exit and cross the freeway. Proceed to your second stoplight which is Suburban Ave. Take a left and go straight. Once are nearly to Ruth Street, you will see our medical building on your right hand side. Take a right into our patient parking lot and proceed to the south building entrance.
